Since its inception in 1989, WSEB has focused primarily on the development of upscale high-density multi-family units and condominium homes throughout the southeast, southwest and mid-west.  WSEB performs general contracting services for both third party clients and Worthing Southeast Corporation.  We view our customers as partners and strive to give them the benefit of our experience while remaining attentive to their vision for the project.

WSEB selects and retains the most qualified, professional and experienced personnel in the industry.  Worthing Southeast continually strives to train and upgrade our teams to stay abreast of new applications and techniques. We also maintain a base of loyal, superior subcontractors who have followed the company’s progress and are recognized as leaders in the multi-family market. 

WSEB maintains an extensive data base for estimating which allows us to obtain prices quickly and accurately, as well as identify new products and vendors.  This system allows for quick and accurate modification when fluctuations occur in the market.

WSEB also uses a detailed scheduling system to target key dates and optimize turnover for the overall project schedule.  The objective of these schedules is to provide the owner with an aggressive and reliable schedule for completion at the time of project inception. This means that the first goal is to deliver a marketing platform which concentrates on the marketing center and surrounding amenity areas.  These areas are followed by a building turnover schedule which maximizes curb appeal and minimizes construction traffic.
